Hoping the Democratic Leadership is not radical vs. wishing that they were

Libertarian Ann Althouse, who voted for Obama because she hoped he would have a better grasp of economic issues than McCain, discusses the piece by Andy McCarty excerpted at the bottom of my earlier post. She hopes that he is wrong. On the other hand, Ana Marie Cox tweeted,

Wouldn't it be *awesome* if Obama were as radical as the Rights thinks he is?
